Laeuna de Taal
is a 60-hectare sprawling lakeside resort community in
Talisay, Batangas, about 10 minutes drive from the popular
destination of Tagaytay, a quiet recreation amidst the lush
mountainscape grouped into ten clusters of residential and
leisure lots catering to first and second homes, most of
which overlooks the Taal Lake and volcano. The project was
master planned by EGD Lopez and Partners consistent with the
nature-oriented theme of the development of Filinvest Land

Kembali Coast is
a 75-hectare exclusive residential development master
planned for Filinvest Land Corporation, where residents may
enjoy the perks of beach resort living right in their
backyard. This Samal Island resort community is accessible
through the Davao Gulf via 25-minute Kembali speedboat ride
from Davao Boat and Leisure Club; just 10 minutes from Pearl
Farm Beach Resort. The master planned community contains
