Lakeside Fairways of Tagaytay Highlands
 For
the Lakeside Fairways of Tagaytay Highlands, Belle
Corporation assembled some of Philippine's finest to
redefine the landscape of leisure estates in the country,
which included Ildefonso P. Santos + Associates for
landscape design concept and EGD Lopez and Partners for
master planning. Lakeside Fairways is the golf community
component of the Lakeside Course of the Tagaytay Midlands
Golf course. As master planned, this community is clustered
into three residential villages. Kew Gardens is envisioned
to have a great diversity of trees, floral plants and
greeneries with 138 residential lots shaped within an
amphitheatre-like layout, and directed towards a friendly
central park. Terrazas de Alava is to be known as the heart
of the mountains in Tagaytay. It accommodates 51 residential
lots at the fairway-side prime land shaped within the
slightly terraced lay of land, opening up opportunities for
view corridors of the golf course, Taal Lake, or the lush
nature landscape. Tivoli Place, nestled on a mountain ridge,
offers a lush natural setting located in a tranquil and
verdant environment. The design allocates 63 residential
lots with scenic views of the fairways, landscaped gardens
and mountain ridges. It features pocket parks within the
village. The limited lots situated within the slightly
terraced lay of land offers view corridors of the Taal Lake,
