Estela G. D. Lopez is a Bachelor of Science in Architecture graduate of the University of Santo Tomas. She is a licensed Architect and Environmental Planner. She has attended seminar workshops and study tours in China, Sri Lanka, Hongkong, Taiwan, Mexico, Panama, Jamaica, Indonesia, Singapore and the United States, some of which were sponsored by the World Bank. Arch. Lopez has extensive experience in town planning, land use and industrial estate planning and has master planned over 140 communities with an aggregate area of about 26,000 hectares in the Philippines, the Peoples Republic of China and Cambodia. She also master planned and, in some cases, continues to design many of the high-profile development projects of several top corporations in the country and major players in the real estate industry. Furthermore, she has been a planning consultant to various agencies of government and several institutions in the private sector. Architect Lopez was a two-term Chapter President of the United Architects of the Philippines and a member of the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners. She was admitted to the College of Fellows of the UAP in 1997 in recognition of her outstanding achievements in the field of planning and urban planning.
Venerando M. Dumadag graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture, placing 7th in the Architects Licensure Examination conducted by the Professional Regulatory Board. He is a recipient of numerous managerial and technical training in project management; town planning and zoning, regional development planning and water supply development. Arch. Dumadag was admitted to the College of Fellows of the United Architects of the Philippines in 1997. He was the Provincial Planning & Development Coordinator for the Province of Bohol. Arch. Dumadag was also, at one time, the Dean of the College of Architecture of University of Bohol and architectural/planning consultant of the City Government of Tagbilaran and of the Provincial Government of Bohol. He was also a past Chapter President of the UAP.

Delia D. Laglagaron is a Bachelor of Science in Architecture graduate from the University of Santo Tomas. She placed 9th in the Architects Licensure Examination. Arch. Laglagaron obtained her Master in Environmental Planning from the University of the Philippines. She also attended the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University as a full scholar and graduated with a Master in Public Administration degree Concentration in Urban Management. Arch. Laglagaron's credentials include her stint with the Planning and Project Development Office of the Department of Public Works, Transportation & Communication as a Physical Planner, and her engagement as a Senior Urban and Regional Planner of Greater Vancouver Regional District, British Columbia, Canada. She is currently Deputy Commissioner and Chief Administrative Officer of MetroVancouver, formerly GVRD. She is also a lecturer on urban planning and management. Arch. Laglagaron is presently on leave from the firm.


V. Bernadette G. Dumadag graduated from the University of Bohol with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture and is a licensed architect. Her experience and training includes development mapping, computer programming, building design and construction. She was a three-term Chapter President of the United Architects of the Philippines.

Domenico D. Lopez has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas and passed the Architects Licensure Examination. He has practical experience in site planning and conceptualization, building design, and graphic presentation. As a student, he was a consistent winner in several collegiate and national design competitions. He won Second Place for the Perez Park Redevelopment in Quezon Province (2003 - national open), First Place for the Revitalization of the Andres Bonifacio Monument Area (2002 - national open), Second Honorable Mention for the Master Development Plan of the New Nayong Pilipino (2001 - national open) in 2001, Second Place in Habitat for Humanity in 1999 (collegiate), and Third Place in the Redevelopment of San Lorenzo Plaza in 2000 (collegiate). His design works include the resort cottages, convention center, administration building and the spa for Mambukal Resort, Negros Occidental, and housing models for A Brown Company and Vazbuilt, Clubhouse of Kishanta in Cebu for Aboitizland, Immaculate Conception Chapel in Marikina, Convention and Cultural Center of Negros Occidental and several residential houses.
