Another area
where EGD Lopez and Partners have extensive experience and
enjoyed wide international technological training and
practical exposure is in the planning of industrial estates
and technology parks.
Prior to the
formation of the partnership, Arch. Estela G.D. Lopez was an
Assistant Chief Economic Development Specialist of the

of the Philippines. She had the opportunity to observe
several industrial estates in Latin America, Mexico, Panama,
Jamaica and Miami and study the social and economic impact
of export processing zone in Colombo, Sri Lanka and Kaoshung

respected foreign consultants in the preparation of studies
for the full development of the Cavite Export Processing
Zone, Baguio City Export Processing Zone, and Mactan Export
Processing Zone under the 16th Overseas Economic Cooperation
