EGD Lopez & Partners is a low-profile architectural and planning office organized in 1994. Among themselves, the partners have accumulated more than 100 years of extensive experience in the practice of planning and architecture.

Over the years, the Partnership has quietly built-up a diverse list of projects ranging from high-profile, high-end developments to affordable housing subdivisions from equally varied clients, which count some of the major players in the real estate industry, several government agencies and business corporations in the country like Belle Corporation, Landco-Metro Pacific, Alsons Land, Filinvest Land, A Brown Company, Excore, PhilRealty, Roxaco Land, Sta. Lucia Realty, Sunwest Construction, Jolliville Holdings, Aboitizland, Philex Mining Corporation, San Miguel Properties, Edge Properties Development Corporation, Uraya Land, BCDA, UNDP, USAID, EPZA, Department of Tourism, Department of Public Works & Highways, Department of Trade & Industry, and many others.

EGD Lopez and Partners is a pioneer master planner in residential resort development, which revolutionized the second home industry. It has master planned at least 150 communities, including new towns and urban centers, resort communities and recreational estates, business districts and commercial centers, industrial estates and export processing zones, memorial parks and residential subdivisions in China, Cambodia and the Philippines. EGD Lopez & Partners has been actively involved in several prestigious projects and showcase developments in the public and private sectors, such as the conversion plan of Fort Bonifacio and Villamor Air Base, master plans of Peninsula de Punta Fuego, Kawayan Cove, Canyon Woods, Lakeside Fairways of Tagaytay Highlands, Woodridge Park, Laeuna de Taal, Misibis Resort, Mambukal Resort, Lima Technology Center, Steung Hav (Cambodia) Export Processing Zone, New Westlake Golf Estate & Residential Villas (Hanzhou, People's Republic of China), and several others.

Individually, the partners have also participated as members, project managers, or team leaders of multi-disciplinary teams or groups in the preparation of feasibility studies, plans and programs of various government departments, agencies and local governments covering projects on a municipal and regional scale, including Metro Manila. The institutional engagements, some of which were foreign-technically and financially assisted, involved tourism, land-use, transport, development, town planning, flood control and drainage, rural development, resettlement, and capital investment folio. The partners have likewise collaborated or work, in association, with several highly respected local and foreign consulting firms and architectural offices like RTKL International, Halcrow Fox and Associates, PKII, Nippon Koi Co., Ltd., Nikken Sekki Consultants, Nippon Jogesuido Sekki Consultants, Freeman Fox & Associates, TCGI Engineers, COWIconsult of Denmark, Nelson & Haworth Golf Architects, Francisco Maņosa & Associates, Ildefonso P. Santos + Associates, Price Waterhouse, among others.

Two of the partners were board topnotchers in the Architects Licensure Examination conducted by the Philippine Professional Regulatory Commission. Three are accredited planners, while one partner attended the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University as a full scholar and graduated with a Masters in Public Administration degree concentration in Urban Management.

Moreover, three partners were multi-term Chapter Presidents of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP). And, two were admitted to the prestigious College of Fellows of the United Architects of the Philippines in recognition of their outstanding achievements.
