Ridgewood Park Nature Estates, Lucena City
Ridgewood
Park Nature Estates is a first-class residential development
designed for Landco-Metro Pacific in a 20-hectare property
in Lucena, Quezon. As a nature estate, the master plan
ensured a carefully-planned ecological environment provided
with ample facilities and amenities like a clubhouse housing
modern sports, recreation and entertainment facilities, and
blended with heavily-wooded theme parks, picnic grounds and
forest trails. This development is Lucena's foremost
residential subdivision. Ridgewood is located just a few
minutes drive from the city proper, a refuge away from the
heat of the metropolis, beyond the parade of homes along the
busy streets of Quezon Avenue and the Diversion Road. |

Woodridge Park,
Davao City
Conceptualized
as a 30-hectare nature estate, Woodridge Park was planned
with spacious tree-lined concrete roads, a central park
designed to house the community's social and recreational
facilities, five satellite theme parks, which provide each
individual community cluster with its own green areas,
promenades and walks carefully tacked away into the network
of parks with picnic grounds. It is a high-end residential
enclave developed by Aldevinco, Inc. built within a
beautifully wooded landscaped park. |

Waterwood Park,
Baliuag, Bulacan
Waterwood
Park is a 30-hectare property designed as the first
ecologically engineered nature-themed, high-end residential
development in Bulacan. The plan integrates landscaped
gardens, water features and forests parks along the main
avenue. Four satellite parks and picnic grounds are
strategically located in the residential clusters of the
enclave. A clubhouse and community center are centrally
situated in the subdivision with a commercial complex, hotel
and a school. The Park showcases the ecological and pleasant
interaction between water features and a rich variety of
foliage - trees, shrubs, and flowering plants scattered
artistically. The groupings of this foliage create visual
corridors that provide directions around the subdivision.
The master plan was prepared for Bulacan Land Corporation. |

Las Terrazas,
Ma-a, Davao City
The
master plan for Las Terrazas in Davao was for a 60-hectare
highly exclusive residential subdivision intentionally
designed to fully exploit the magnificent vistas of the
cityscape below and the sea in the horizon. The subdivision
plan actively played with the natural spring in the middle
of the forest and the irregular contour of the topography to
develop a beautiful garden park and terraced residential
clusters. At the highest point of the property is the
clubhouse with a commanding view of the residential
clusters, forest and garden parks and the breathtaking
vistas beyond. Design of the residential subdivision was a
joint undertaking by EGD Lopez and Partners with RTKL
International through LandCo for Aldevinco. |
